I’m Shaun Peet — NASCAR Pit Crew Coach and Chief Kindness Officer at Trackhouse Racing. Before the race track, I was a collegiate athlete, an international speaker, and the co-author of 12 Second Culture. I also founded the Pit Road Advantage Group to help organizations build faster, more connected teams.

When I stepped into NASCAR, I inherited one of the lowest-performing pit crew departments in the sport. Together, we turned it into one of the most elite teams in racing — not by luck, but by building a culture rooted in trust, precision, and accountability.

After more than twenty years coaching pit crews, I’ve learned that the same principles that win championships can transform any workplace. My mission is simple: to help teams work better together, move faster, and lead with kindness.

Today, I share those lessons with companies around the world through keynotes, workshops, and team-building experiences that challenge people to think differently about performance.
